All you need is a grid and a pair of dice ( irl or virtual).
Step 1: roll the dice
Step 2: check the result
Step 3: place a token on the corresponding box
Step 4: repeat steps 2 to 4 to get a others constraints.
Step 5: Create!
Optional step: re-roll your dice on the "vexatious board" to add more challenges
